How to install and use:

• Close Outlook (if it is running)

• Start (install) IMIAttendeesPrint.exe

• You will see a new button – ‘IMI Attendees Print’  - inside Outlook Standard toolbar

• After selecting a Calendar item, button will be enabled

• The button – ‘IMI Attendees Print’ is available and if you open a calendar item

• When you click over button, you have 3 options – print/view, open with Word, open with Excel; presenting of Default printer, and applications installed is assumed

• If you choose Print/Preview, you can see report (snapshot of possible report)

• If you select “Save” (diskette icon) you can also save report as RTF, PDF, HTML, etc..
